Q. How does it work?
It is so easy! We offer unique a-la-carte mobile bartender pricing, which allows you to create your own package to fit your event's needs. First step is to fill out our inquiry form here on our website. We'll review your needs and give you a call! After we nail down exactly what you want (beer & wine only vs. spirits or specialty cocktails, etc.) we will get you booked in our calendar with a deposit. When your event arrives, we show up an hour prior to your event for setup. We'll have already discussed everything with you in advance so there is no confusion. Final payment is due by your event date. Our bartender(s) will tend to your guests throughout your entire allotted time. Then leave the bar cleaning up to us! We'll pack up and and be on our way!
Q. How many bartenders do I need?
We recommend 2 bartenders if more than 75 guests. If more than 150, then we recommend 3!
Q. Do you provide alcohol?
No, we do not provide alcohol. We can help you determine a shopping list for your alcohol purchasing.
Q. Do you provide mixers and garnishes?
We can! Unless otherwise agreed upon, we will provide all discussed mixers and garnishes.
Q. Do you do full bars?
While it is considered an OPEN bar, we can't offer anything and everything to your guests like a full bar would! This is standard in the event bartending industry. A basic spirits package would include cranberry, pineapple, orange juices + tonic water, and sodas - then whichever alcohols you wish to include - and anything we can make with those ingredients is fair game! You have the option of adding 2 specialty or signature drinks to your package where we can create some fun, creative recipes such as "his and hers" drinks, etc.
Q. Do you provide cups, straws, stirrers, napkins, etc.?
Yes! Leave the plastic and paper goods u to us!
Q. What kind of specialty drinks can you make?
We can do almost anything! As long as we've discussed it in advance, we can put the most creative of cocktails on your mobile bartending menu! We even offer a specialty cloche for smoked cocktails with a fun aesthetic appeal! Watch in awe as our mobile bartenders create a smoky, fun drink for your guests!
Q. Can our guests take photos in front of the bus?
YES! This is what sets us apart - our mobile bar is not only great for bartending, but it is entertainment on it's own! It makes the cutest photo backdrop and really is a great conversation starter, especially for those in love with vehicle restorations!
Q. What about ice?
We can handle the ice! We know how much we need to get - and it's more than you think! We'll take care of all the ice concerns for you!
Q. Can I use the bus for my kids' birthday parties?
Absolutely! We can service anything out of the bus - pizza, cotton candy, you can even have a DJ set up inside! The inside is a blank canvas ready for anything you have in mind!
